These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777zx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777zx website located at https://777zx.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and account features made available through that domain.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing bets or using any feature of the 777zx service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777zx platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional game-specific rules, promotion terms, bonus conditions and the 777zx Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and 777zx. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific document shall prevail for the subject matter it addresses.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 777zx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to bind that person or entity.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• Single Account: You may maintain only one (1) Account on the 777zx platform. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Identity: You must register exclusively in your own true name. You may not register on behalf of another person, operate an Account for a third party's benefit, or use another person's identity or payment instruments.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on any other gambling platform where such exclusion also applies to 777zx, and you must not be in an active self-exclusion period on 777zx itself.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including a valid email address, mobile number and any other information required by the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

777zx is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process requires you to submit acceptable documentation, which may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (for Pakistani users: CNIC, NICOP or valid passport);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or other official document dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership;
• Additional documentation as reasonably required for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

Documents must be clear, legible and unaltered. 777zx reserves the right to reject documentation that does not meet its verification standards and to request additional supporting materials. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete to the operator's satisfaction.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 777zx will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 777zx immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

You agree to use the 777zx platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive or misrepresents your identity, location or financial status;
• Involves the use of automated tools, scripts, bots or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit any feature;
• Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the platform or the experience of other users;
• Involves the transmission of malware, viruses or other harmful code;
• Constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing or any activity in breach of applicable anti-money-laundering legislation;
• Is intended to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with their stated purpose (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").

777zx monitors platform activity for compliance with these acceptable use standards and reserves the right to investigate suspected violations. Confirmed violations will result in appropriate enforcement action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Funds deposited into your 777zx Account are held for wagering purposes only. The platform does not operate as a banking institution and does not pay interest on Account balances.

6.1 Deposit Methods

Available deposit methods vary by jurisdiction and are subject to change without notice. 777zx makes reference to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — purely as contextual references. None of these providers endorses gambling services or is affiliated with 777zx. Players must verify which payment methods are available for their account at the time of transaction.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• You may only deposit funds using payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar period. Limits are displayed in the platform's Cashier section.
• 777zx reserves the right to decline any deposit or request additional verification before processing it.
• Deposits may be made in supported currencies. Currency conversion may apply and any associated costs are the player's responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (where available) are subject to the operator's current digital asset policies and network confirmation requirements.

You may request a withdrawal of Real Money Balance from your Account subject to the following conditions being met in full.

• KYC Completion: Identity verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.
• Account Standing: Your Account must not be subject to any active investigation, restriction, dispute or compliance hold.
• Matching Identity: The withdrawal destination must match the name on your verified Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar period. See the Cashier section for current limits.

7.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method, account verification status and the operator's current review schedule. 777zx does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. The operator will make reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawal requests in a timely manner. Players in Pakistan should note that international transfer processing may add additional time beyond 777zx's internal review period.

7.2 Right to Withhold

777zx reserves the right to withhold, delay or reverse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account or transaction may be fraudulent; (b) KYC documentation is incomplete or unsatisfactory; (c) the withdrawal conflicts with an active bonus condition; or (d) applicable regulatory or compliance obligations require further review.

From time to time, 777zx may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions and other incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general conditions set out in this clause.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes. They do not represent a guaranteed monetary benefit.
• All bonuses are subject to a stated wagering requirement. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games or bet types as specified per promotion. Certain games may contribute at a lower percentage toward wagering completion — check individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are limited to one (1) per person, household, IP address and payment instrument.
• Bonuses must be activated and used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• 777zx reserves the right to withhold or revoke a bonus where there is evidence of misuse, abuse or breach of these Terms.

8.2 Illustrative Bonus Figures

Any PKR-denominated bonus amounts shown on the platform — including welcome offers, reload bonuses or referral rewards — are illustrative unless confirmed in a personalised offer to your Account. Actual bonus values and conditions may differ based on your account tier, deposit amount and current promotional schedule. Always confirm current offer details via the Promotions section of your account.

8.3 Refer a Friend

Where a refer-a-friend programme is available, both the referring player and the referred player must meet all applicable eligibility conditions. Referral rewards are subject to wagering requirements and fraud monitoring. Artificial or self-referrals will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards and may result in account suspension.

The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed through the 777zx sportsbook, including cricket, football, UFC, kabaddi and esports markets. Individual sport and market rules may supplement these general conditions.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Bets cannot be amended after confirmation except where a Cash Out function is available and explicitly offered.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and current odds. 777zx reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Limits may vary by event, market type and Account tier.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will not be honoured. Where a bet has been accepted at a clearly erroneous price, 777zx reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to the rules of each individual leg. If any leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the voided selection removed.
• 777zx is not responsible for data feed latency or communication delays that may affect live market availability.

9.1 Cricket Markets

Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches and ODI series — is a central offering of 777zx. All cricket markets are governed by the general sports betting rules above, supplemented by cricket-specific settlement rules published in the Sportsbook Rules section. Where a match is affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or other official tournament rules, settlement will reflect the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

Casino games available on 777zx — including slots, live dealer tables, instant win titles, table games and game shows — are operated by third-party technology providers. Each game is governed by its own in-game rules accessible within the game interface. Players must familiarise themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session or wager.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the outcome of any interrupted round may be declared void if the result cannot be determined from available data. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned.
• Game rules published by the game provider take precedence over general descriptions provided by 777zx in the event of any discrepancy.
• Progressive jackpot prizes displayed on the platform represent current pool values and are subject to change. 777zx does not guarantee that any displayed jackpot amount remains available at the time of a win.

777zx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered users via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all 777zx services. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

777zx reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where indicators of problem gambling behaviour are identified, including but not limited to: unusually high deposit frequency, extended unbroken session duration, or attempts to reverse self-exclusion requests before the exclusion period has elapsed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777zx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• Operating multiple accounts (whether personally or through associates);
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using their funds without authorisation;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event;
• Collusion with other players to exploit game mechanics or promotional structures;
• Use of any automated betting system, software arbitrage tool or artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Exploitation of software errors, system malfunctions or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in connection with money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Attempting to access another user's account or account data;
• Any conduct intended to defraud 777zx or its players.

All content on the 777zx platform — including but not limited to its design, logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and proprietary systems — is the intellectual property of 777zx or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without the prior written consent of 777zx. Unauthorised use of platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777zx shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable.

777zx does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures and force majeure events may affect availability. 777zx will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will not be liable for losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 777zx's liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777zx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is a breach, or suspected breach, of these Terms;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to the required standard;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Compliance with applicable legal, regulatory or anti-money-laundering obligations requires it;
• A self-exclusion request has been received;
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period subject to the operator's dormancy policy.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a confirmed breach or fraud, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's last verified payment method, subject to applicable deductions, compliance holds and processing fees. Bonus Funds at the time of closure are forfeited.

You may also request voluntary closure of your Account by contacting 777zx support. Account closure does not excuse any outstanding obligations owed by you to 777zx at the time of closure.

777zx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying registered users via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Information regarding the applicable jurisdiction will be published through 777zx's official platform channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777zx, you should first contact the player support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide an initial response within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedure published on the platform. 777zx does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred in connection with disputes that arise from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
